Returns Policy
To return merchandise, please call us toll-free
at 1-800-373-4699 first to obtain a return authorization
number and return instructions.
- No returns will be accepted at our P.O. Box.
- No returns will be accepted without an authorization number or after 30 days.
- Custom orders are not returnable.
- Goods must be in the original package and in new and resalable
condition.
- For health reasons, we cannot accept returns of eating and
hygiene products.
- All credits must be redeemed within 180 days
Customer is responsible for the expense of returning goods and
all shipping
costs unless goods were received as a result of our error.
Damaged Shipments
Before signing for delivery, please check your packages for damages
or shortages. If any box has visible damage, please note the damage
on the delivery receipt and call us immediately for assistance.
If the damage is not discovered until after opening the package,
save the shipping carton and call us immediately.
