1-800-766-4303.Make sure you include your credit card information on your order and your phone number in case we need to contact you. Schools and other public institutions can fax us their official purchase order.

3) Order by Mail
You can mail your order to Achievement Products, P.O. Box 6013, Carol Stream, IL 60197-6013. All personal orders must be paid in advance by check, money order or credit card. Schools and other public institutions can mail us their official purchase order.

4) Order by Telephone
Call us at 1-800-373-4699 and place your order by phone Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm EST. Our knowledgeable customer service representatives are available to assist you at this time.

authorized signature. Individuals please prepay by money order, check or

Payment Terms
All personal orders must be paid in advance by check, money order or credit
card. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and AMEX. Credit terms are available for public and US government agencies/institutions/schools. We do not ship C.O.D.

Sales Tax
If you live in one of the following states, sales tax will be calculated based upon your shipping zip code and added to your order during the ordering process.
